Welcome to Bohenesia! Before joining one of our tours or retreats, we kindly ask you to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. 📌 Booking & Payment

• Minimum booking: 1 person per trip.

• Trips require a minimum number of participants (varies by package) to proceed. If the minimum quota is not met:

  • The trip may be cancelled with a full refund, or

  • Proceed with a price adjustment upon agreement from all parties.

• Private trips are exempt from quota requirements.

• A deposit (DP) of 30–50% is required to confirm your seat.

• Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure.

• Bookings, rescheduling, upgrades, and corrections must be done only via our official website or registered emailand are valid only after confirmation from our team.

• Names on the participant list are based on first DP received.

• DP is non-refundable, unless you are replacing your spot with another participant.

• DP will be forfeited if full payment is not made by the deadline.

2. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Cancellation charges:

  • More than 30 days before trip: Full refund minus admin fee

  • 15–30 days before trip: 50% refund

  • Less than 14 days before trip: No refund

• If Bohenesia cancels or adjusts pricing due to safety, logistics, or other valid reasons, you will be notified in advance and receive a 100% refund.

3. ⏳ Late Arrival or No Show

• Participants who arrive late at the meeting point and miss the departure forfeit their ticket/payment.

• Refunds will not be issued for missed trips due to personal delays.

4. 🧒 Participant Age & Health

• Participant age must be between 1–65 years old and in good physical health.

• Children:

  • Under 3 years: 50% of package price

  • 3 years and older: Full price

• Participants must not have any contagious or dangerous medical conditions.

5. 🧭 Changes to Itinerary or Schedule

• Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

• All changes will be communicated as early as possible.

6. 🌧 Force Majeure & Delays

• Bohenesia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Transport disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events beyond our control

• Any extra accommodation, food, or transport costs due to such delays will be the responsibility of the participant.

7. 🧳 Travel Documents & Insurance

• Participants are responsible for their own valid passport, visa, and travel documents.

• We highly recommend travel insurance that covers health, delays, and cancellations.

8. 🛕 Personal Responsibility & Conduct

• All participants are expected to respect local culture, nature, and fellow travelers.

• Bohenesia reserves the right to exclude anyone who causes disruption or violates local laws or safety protocols, without refund.

9. 📸 Photography & Media Use

• Photos or videos taken by Bohenesia during tours may be used for promotional or commercial purposes.

• Participants may receive copies for personal use only (not for commercial resale or distribution).

10. 🔒 Privacy Policy

• Personal information (name, address, phone, email) provided at booking will be used solely for communication and trip coordination.

• We will not share your data without your consent.
